augmentable but not admissable?
Authored by: darrellb on Tuesday, April 17 2012 @ 01:41 PM EDT
If Oracle introduces the email which it seems they're intending on doing, I'm
sure they will introduce the context on during Lindholm's direct. Letting Google
do so would let Google paint Oracle as having something to hide.

The question is how does Oracle intend to use the email despite the fact that
the complete story is bound to come out.
