I would probably immediately issue the injunction (possibly even an
harsher one) on my own under whatever they use for contempt of court in
Germany.
You wouldn't get the chance if you're not a member of the
"judicial priesthood". The phrase came to me again this
morning (thanks GL reader Tolerance) reading a local litany of delinquency. My first thought was they should be clapped in
irons for contempt
of court, but then I realised they will likely be made to
stand a round of drinks at the club, expensive drinks, but still...
In
like manner the judiciary in different nations will continue to ignore each
other. The ECJ is making valiant attempts to achieve European harmony, but the
collapse of the
Euro will set them back a generation. Even when leaned on
heavily by diplomatic measures, the judiciary will ignore their inevitable

America when formed, feared for it's future because the rest of the world
already had patent offices stacked to the brim with all the inventions in the
world, so the US patent system was designed to be able to 'reinvent' those
things giving primacy to the USA in ownership of such property, thus protecting
them from an Empire tax on innovation.
That protectionism has never left your culture, but it has and is being
exploited in attempts to leverage a US tax on innovation globally.
