I [another NAL] suggested above that it was the "unauthorised"
copy. Publishers creating their own (q.v. dvd) Regions, where a book
published by them in SE Asia is somehow not authorised by their
US office for sale or possession in the US. The bitter pill here
is that both copies came from the same press and bindery in
some other low wage country.
