This judge's first inclination will be to go ballistic and devastatingly crush
this motion in language that is extremely harsh. Perhaps this is what Oracle is
hoping for?
I hope the judge continues to be as sharp-witted as he has shown himself to be
so far. If so, he will still devastatingly crush the motion, but he will do so
using language (and extensive precedents) that are so well-reasoned as to be
completely appeal-proof. Oracle will appeal anyway, but the judge's reasoniong
will be so compelling that the appeals court will simply say "what he said,
