U.S. says MegaUpload's hosting service is no innocent bystander

The Feds said Carpathia was free to do what they want with the hardware.
It shouldn't cost Carpathia much to get their lawyer to check the Megaupload
contract, which if it's industry standard should say, no money, no service.
Simple answer, wipe the disks. Then when nobody knows what was on them
the Feds case against Megaupload should collapse.

Sure there will be collateral damage, the innocent users, who should also
check their contract with Megaupload which said, Do Not Rely On This
Service, Keep Your Own Backups Secure. The XXAA will also be collaterals
but I'm not expecting much sympathy for them.
