| Hearing (Telephonic) on Searching Hotz's Hard Drive Set For March 28 |

There will be a hearing on March 28rd before the magistrate judge, Hon. Joseph Spero, in SCEA v. Hotz regarding searching George Hotz's hard drive. The telephonic hearing begins at 1:30 PM in Courtroom A, the 15th floor, in San Francisco. No, he wouldn't have to come back from his vacation. It's the lawyers, by telephone, with the judge in the courtroom -- all on a conference call. Even if he had to attend, he could call in from wherever he happens to be.
