Let's synchronize our watches. Wednesday, April 13 at 5 PM EDT SCO will tell us how they're doing financially. They'll announce their first quarter results, for the fiscal quarter ending 1/31/05 and hold a conference call. Here's their press release. Perhaps they'll have all their paperwork filed with the SEC by then, because they still have not filed that 10Q, according the www.sec.gov, at least not that I could find, and one wonders how long you get to wait before you file a late 10Q after a delisting notice. Such questions are what a conference call should be able to answer. That's if SCO deigns to call on anybody likely to ask a real question this time. As we told you already, they filed their tardy 10K and the 10Q for the period ended January 31, 2004 on April 1. They also filed a 10Q for the period ended July 31, 2004 and a 10Q for the period ending April 30, 2004. Here's the press release, with info on how to listen in.
