Novell v. Microsoft Appeal - Oral Argument Set for May 6 ~pj |

A date for oral argument in the WordPerfect antitrust battle, Novell v Microsoft, has been set. It's May 6, at 9 AM in Courtroom II at the Byron White US Courthouse in Denver, Colorado. So for those who were wanting to attend, synchronize our watches.
The notice:

be held on 05/06/2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom II of the Byron White
United States Courthouse, Denver, CO. Counsel is required to go to
http://www.ca10.uscourts.gov under the argument calendar tab to obtain
an important notice regarding calendared cases and required forms. The
calendar acknowledgment form must be completed and filed with the clerk
via Electronic Case Filing within 10 days of today's date. [12-4143]

You probably will want to reread the briefs before you go, and you'll find all three linked on this page, as well as possibly this article where I tried to hit the high points. And email me please if you know for sure you'll be planning on going, so I can email you back some instructions, like the court's policies on phones and laptops. We don't want to miss this one, because there's no transcript later. If we are not there in person for the event, we are totally aced forever and ever.
