Tomorrow's bankruptcy hearing in the SCO affair is cancelled. "The motion is adjourned to the next omnibus hearing date on July 18, 2011 at 2:30 p.m." So rearrange your plans! I hope everyone who was planning to attend reads this in time. More time to help us with prior art searching on the Lodsys cases, then.

People like statistics and I wouldn't be surprised if there are statistics over
the number of delays per district and case, etc. Still, I couldn't find any
after brief search on Google.
Perhaps more interesting would be to see if there is a correlation with the
money involved in the case, or if the delays are constant over the time over
each cases.
Perhaps some of these parameters could be used to determine if a suggested delay
is in good faith or not. Hard to judge here.

It looks like someone has just woken up and smelled the coffee. If the lenders
win they lose big time, so they will just drag this out until the 10th circuit
kicks and deals up a verdict.
