Authored by: snakebitehurts on Wednesday, March 03 2010 @ 06:52 PM EST
Hi guys

Daughter has surgery tomorrow. Don't think I can be there Friday. Any of the
G7 that can attend? I suspect it will be short, but intense.

Thanks

No reply by Cahn to Novell
Authored by: Anonymous on Wednesday, March 03 2010 @ 08:29 PM EST
The reply window closes at minus 72 hours, so Cahn did not reply to the Novell objection.

I suspect they are confident Judge Gross will grant the Yarro Loan, and do not feel any pressing need to debate Novell.
