I can't believe they are still wanting to spend money on this! Even though
Boise and Co have been paid they still have all the expenses for discovery and
other stuff. Where do they think they are going to get the money from?

I think that we may be missing something

Why would TSCOG want to move forward with this? There must be a valid reason (to
them) but I cannot see what it would be. Does anyone have any ideas?
