Hearing in Novell January 11th

There will be a hearing in SCO v. Novell on January 11th at 10:30 AM Utah time. Here's what Pacer has:

This hearing will be on Novell's motion to compel.

Novell wants to get transcripts of depositions from SCO v. IBM. Specifically, it wants William Broderick's, Chris Sontag's, Blake Stowell's, Erik Hughes's, one of Jeff Hunsaker's, and six experts' depositions.

And in SCO v. IBM:

Are the transcrits the important thing

or Novell's demand for sworn declartions by SCO lawyers, specifying why each
deposition NOT turned over was not turned over.
